is buried deep,
A small pearled jewel
‘neath water’s reef.
When firmly engaged--
committed right--
His essence will yearn
and burn for light.
Forever has lived
this tiny jewel,
Forever it fights
the worthy duel;
Sees future and past,
from both it speaks

essence complete.
